UNSOLICITED SUMBISSIONS POLICY

MAA has a policy that neither it nor any of its agents or other employees shall accept or consider any unsolicited material, ideas, or suggestions of any nature whatsoever ("Unsolicited Materials"). Accordingly, you may not use this website or information obtained therefrom to submit Unsolicited Materials to MAA via any means (including, without limitation, via mail, fax or email). Should you nevertheless contravene this express prohibition by sending Unsolicited Materials to MAA, please be advised that the Unsolicited Materials will not be considered by anyone at MAA, and if possible they will be returned to you with no copies kept. Unsolicited Materials will not be forwarded to or discussed with any third parties.

By accessing this website, you agree that MAA, any MAA clients or other entities in the entertainment industry may from time to time, prior or subsequent to receipt and return of Unsolicited Materials, be aware of, know of and/or have any involvement in a Material whose storyline, characters, characterizations or in any other elements may seem similar in nature, either vaguely or directly, to the Unsolicited Material you may have delivered to MAA in any of the manners stated herein. You further agree that changes in culture or time (as well as other events or actions not directly stated herein) can cause many people to create, develop and/or produce material similar in nature and character to the Unsolicited Material, but that such events do not demonstrate, express or establish a link between this material and the Unsolicited Material. In the unlikely event that such an occurance transpires, you agree to hold MAA, its agents, employees and affiliates free from any liability for any such similarity or similarities.
